Meet Tammy Nobles

Tammy was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and comes from a large family. She has been a part of the Hampton Roads community for over 28 years! After graduating high school she attended college at Bryant & Stratton College in Virginia Beach, where she completed Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology. 

She accepted a job at Atlantic Asset Management, Group Inc., an auction company where she gained experience in marketing strategies and auctions that include real estate. Tammy also began working at Coastal Virginia Building Industry Association and from there has built lasting relationships with the housing and building community. To further her career, Tammy received her Real Estate Salesperson licensed and joined eXp Realty. 

In 2019 Tammy became Vice President of the Down Syndrome Association of Hampton Roads where she volunteers her time in events and resources to help families that have children with down syndrome. She is passionate about being an advocate for the down syndrome community because she too has a young daughter with down syndrome. 

In addition, she will provide you with the utmost care and provide exceptional real estate services to make you feel confident in your decision to hire her. She will listen to you with an understanding of your needs and wants and will do her best to help you achieve them all!
